Main Structural Features:

1. The main components such as the base, body, table, middle sliding seat, lifting sliding seat and spindle box are made of high-strength materials to ensure the stability of the machine for a long time of operation.
2. The vertical milling head can be adjusted ±45° in the vertical plane, which expands the processing range of the machine; the support bearing of the main shaft is a tapered roller bearing and has a large bearing capacity; the main shaft uses a low-energy braking mechanism with large braking torque to quickly and reliably stop.
3. The table has three types of X/Y/Z directions: manual movement, motorized movement and fast motorized movement. The feed speed can meet different processing requirements; the fast feed allows the workpiece to reach the processing position quickly, which makes the process convenient and fast, reducing the downtime.
4. The three-way pairs of X, Y and Z guide rails are subjected to supersonic quenching, grinding and scraping to prolong the service life of the machine with forced lubrication.
5. The lubrication device can realize forced lubrication of the vertical, horizontal screw and guide rail to reduce the wear of the machine and ensure the efficient operation of the machine; meanwhile, the cooling system can change the flow rate of the coolant by adjusting the nozzles to meet different processing needs.
6. The spindle motor power of the machine is high and the speed range is wide, which can fully reveal the tool’s performance and achieve high-speed cutting.
7. The machine is designed according to the principle of ergonomics and is easy to operate; the control panel is designed using visual symbols, making it simple and intuitive.
