The VMC 855 series adopts a vertical milling center with a three-axis full linear guide. With high-speed movement, this series achieves high productivity and profitability. The unique structure of the lattice type large-span base and column can withstand the inertia caused by high G-acceleration. The chip removal of the machine is realized by the rear row with an optimal chip removal angle and a large-volume chip washing system.
The three-axis rapid travel is 48 meters, which greatly shortens the processing time. The large screw pitch and high-speed linear guide can reduce the wear of the linear guide and prolong its service life.
