The TCK1000 is a high-rigidity, high-precision large slant-bed CNC lathe, tailor-made for complex large-part metal processing scenarios. In terms of core performance, the equipment is equipped with a high-performance servo spindle with a power of up to 22kW and a spindle speed range of 5-1600rpm. It is matched with an A2-11 spindle head, a φ140mm spindle through hole and a φ115mm pipe passing diameter, which can easily meet the processing needs of large-diameter and long-size workpieces. It has outstanding heavy cutting capacity, and can remain stable without shaking even when processing “tough” workpieces such as forged parts and thick-walled pipes, ensuring processing accuracy and surface texture from the source. The maximum processing diameter of the equipment can reach φ950mm, the maximum processing length is 2300mm, the maximum swing diameter of the worktable is φ1000mm, and the maximum swing diameter of the saddle is φ720mm. It can flexibly process various special-shaped and complex parts such as shaft parts and disc parts, covering various processing procedures such as inner and outer cylindrical surfaces, conical surfaces, threads, arcs and planes, realizing multi-process integrated processing with a single equipment, greatly reducing the number of clamping times and improving production efficiency.
In terms of precision performance, the TCK1000 adopts a high-rigidity HT300 resin sand integral cast bed. The 45° slant-bed design combined with the internal stiffener structure has excellent shock absorption and stability, effectively suppressing vibration interference during cutting. The width of the X/Z axis guide rails is 55mm, the maximum stroke of the X axis is 510mm, the maximum stroke of the Z axis is 2500mm, the stroke of the Y axis electric turret is ±70mm, and the rapid traverse speed can reach 18m/min. The repeat positioning accuracy is ±0.003mm for the X axis and ±0.01mm for the Z axis, the processing accuracy can reach IT6-IT7 grade, and the surface roughness of non-ferrous metal workpieces is ≤Ra1.6μm, meeting the requirements of high-precision and high-consistency production and adapting to the strict standards of the high-end manufacturing field.
The equipment configuration balances practicality and convenience. It is equipped with a customizable CNC system (supporting mainstream systems such as Fanuc, Siemens and GSK), with an intuitive and easy-to-understand operation interface that even novices can quickly get started with. It is equipped with a BMT65 SH 20-12 turret (with turret drainage function), the tool section specification is 25×25/40mm, the tool change is fast and the load-bearing capacity is strong, which can meet the needs of continuous processing with multiple tools. Optional accessories such as automatic chip conveyor, hydraulic chuck and automatic tailstock can be selected to realize automatic chip cleaning and automatic workpiece clamping, reduce manual intervention, support 24-hour continuous operation, and is especially suitable for batch production scenarios, greatly reducing labor costs.
