All large casting products made of HT 300 ductile iron, produced by resin molding on a wooden pattern and reasonable rib design, have good rigidity and stability.

All casting parts are annealed and undergo long-term natural heat treatment to remove residual internal stress as much as possible, ensuring high precision and durability of the machine. The internal structure of the base adopts V-shaped rib design to increase rigidity, wide support surface can maintain higher precision under heavy load; the free chip discharge slot is designed as a single block with the base, which increases mechanical rigidity and improves the stability of the machine during processing without any leakage. The increase in the width of the guide grooves makes the center of gravity of the head evenly distributed in the center of the beam, which ensures better running precision and heavy cutting ability, highlighting the unique high stability. The increase in the size of the columns and beams with a full box type structure improves mechanical rigidity and reduces vibration during processing.

Enlarging the width of the guide grooves makes the center of gravity of the head evenly distributed in the center of the beam, which ensures better running precision and heavy cutting ability, highlighting the unique high stability. Enlarging the size of columns and beams with full box type structure improves mechanical rigidity and reduces vibration during processing. The combination of 12000/15000 rpm straight spindle and oil circulation cooling system can reduce the heat of the spindle at high rotation speeds. The use of differential temperature control mode can keep the spindle temperature no more than 2 degrees lower than the ambient temperature to avoid condensation on the spindle surface and ensure its durability and precision.
The machine is equipped with expandable protective covers for the table guide rails (X axis) and folding covers for the beam guide rails (Y axis); the whole machine is semi-hidden to prevent the splashing of metal filings and coolant, effectively protecting the transmission and providing a safe and comfortable working environment. The design of the machine body is simple but technologically advanced; the installation of the fourth axis also has enough space; a large water tank is used, and a double auger drain design with a chain is also adopted. No matter how high the demand for coolant is, there will be no interruption in supply or leakage from the machine. Standard mechanical equipment:
