The GL series CNC milling, drilling and boring machine is a versatile machine that can be used in the automotive industry, mold and die manufacturing, aerospace, packaging and metalworking. It inherits the advantages of traditional gantry machines: the rigidity of the main frame, symmetrical structure and high stability. Thanks to the improved reinforcement of the structure and reasonable arrangement of parts, it has even greater rigidity.
Description of the main components:
The machine consists of a work table, a machine body (X-axis), a vertical spindle (Z-axis) and a horizontal bar (Y-axis). Each coordinate axis performs a certain movement: X – longitudinal movement of the work table along the body; Y – transverse movement of the sliding elements along the guide on the horizontal bar; Z – vertical lift of the spindle.
Machine body (X-axis):
The body and the work table are made of high-strength cast iron, molded with resin. The X-axis adopts heavy-duty guideways with bearings to ensure high rigidity and long-term precision stability. The drive system is realized through a variable servo motor, which drives the ball screw for X-axis linear motion.
Horizontal beam (Y-axis):
There are many cross-shaped reinforcements inside the Y-axis horizontal beam, which ensures high rigidity and good precision retention under heavy loads at low speeds. The drive motor is also a variable servo motor, which drives the ball screw for Y-axis linear motion.
Vertical spindle (Z-axis):
Adopting a dual nitrogen cylinder structure to balance the vertical axial load. The structure is simple and the maintenance is convenient.
