CK61125E CNC horizontal lathe can realize various machining tasks, including outer circumference, end surface, inner hole, tapping and other processes for various workpieces. It is also suitable for powerful machining of carbide tools and processing of various ferrous and non-ferrous metals.
The main large parts are designed by the most advanced computer technology and optimized finite element analysis methods, so that the majority of the machine can bear the maximum load with reasonable design and exquisite material selection. All parts are made of HT250 high-strength densely baked cast iron as the material type, which makes the whole machine system excellent in rigidity, stability and precision retention, especially suitable for heavy cutting. All large casting blanks are strictly annealed and then vibration aging to completely eliminate internal stress and greatly improve the accuracy of the whole machine. The processed parts have excellent geometric accuracy. The machine base adopts a cross-shaped structure, and the force is applied in a rectangular shape, ensuring its stability, reliability and durability.
The guide rail of the ruler is equipped with a rigid rail structure. The surface of the guide rails is processed by high-frequency and high-precision grinding, and the straightness of the whole stroke is no more than 0.05 mm. A special strip is glued on the surface of the guide rails to make it smoother and more wear-resistant. The advanced design of the rigid rails can provide the necessary resistance and stability for heavy cutting.
The main shaft of the machine adopts a three-point structure with good rigidity; the chip removal method is by side holes, which can quickly clean the working area from residual material. The machine is also equipped with functions such as a separate oil pump, forced lubrication, rapid movement and end protection device. Reasonably designed characteristics of speed, feed and power can effectively carry out rough and fine processing. The machine has high rigidity, high working efficiency, economical in energy use, safe and reliable in operation with a beautiful design.
