CA6180 – General purpose lathe

Application:

The CA series conventional horizontal lathe is suitable for machining internal and external cylindrical surfaces, conical surfaces and other rotating surfaces, metric and inch screw joints, modules and pitches of various types, and can also perform drilling and oil groove work. It is a very versatile horizontal lathe, widely used in batch processing of all kinds of shaft and disk parts.
The width of the base of this machine is 400mm larger than the width of the railway track, ensuring high rigidity; the surface of the guide rail is hardened by medium frequency and has high wear resistance.
The operation of the machine is flexible and concentrated due to the rapid movement of the skirt. The operation is carried out by one handle, which is convenient and pleasant.
