The column, base, and sliding seat are all formed via the gray cast iron resin sand casting process and undergo aging treatment to effectively eliminate internal stress. The guide rail surface is equipped with 55 and 45 roller linear guides, offering strong load-bearing capacity and excellent precision stability.
