It can process various planes, bevels, grooves, holes and other parts. The high-strength “large curved neck” bed makes the milling machine more powerful in cutting ability and more stable and atmospheric in appearance. The main motor adopts stepless speed regulation, with high power and strong traction. The X, Y and Z directions can be given manually or mechanically.
The machine has high rigidity, stable movement and high precision. The spindle adopts hardening guide and has good wear resistance. The milling head can rotate 90 degrees in the vertical plane. After installing relevant accessories, it can perform various processing operations such as milling, drilling, boring, reaming, and surface grinding; it is suitable for metal processing and maintenance of various enterprises, especially the production of tools, molds, and fixtures. Users can choose electronic or mechanical feeders to automatically feed the workbench longitudinally, and the milling head can be equipped with belt or gear drive.

Simple control.
First: Cleaning
1. Remove and clean all felt pads;
2. Wipe all sliding surfaces and guide rails, wipe the workbench, transverse and longitudinal screws, tool transmission device and tool holder;
3. Wipe hard-to-reach areas.
Second: Lubrication
1. Clean all oil holes and add lubricating oil;
2. Add lubricating oil to each guide surface, sliding surface and each screw;
3. Check the transmission of the transmission fluid, and the liquid level should be horizontal.
Third: Tighten the bolts
1. Check and tighten the slat mounting bolts;
2. Check and tighten the fixing bolts such as the moving block, tool transmission device, workbench lifting wheel handle, workstation bracket fixing nut;
3. Check whether the bolts in other parts are loose.
Fourth: Setting
1. Check and adjust the tension of the belt and plate belt;
2. Check and adjust the coordination between the moving block and the screw.
Fifth: Anti-corrosion
1. Remove all surface corrosion, protect the paint, and avoid collision;
2. For spare parts or equipment that are not currently in use, lubricating oil should be added to the guide surface, workbench lifting wheel sliding screw shaft and other easily corroded parts
