1. The main components of the machine tool, the body, the worktable, the middle slide and the lifting slide are made of high-strength materials, casting and treated with aging treatment to ensure the long-term stability of the machine tool.
2. The spindle bearings are tapered roller bearings, and the spindle adopts a three-point supporting structure with good system rigidity and high loading capacity. In addition, the spindle uses large-torque energy-saving braking to achieve a quick and reliable stop.
3. The horizontal rotation angle of the worktable is ±45° to expand the processing range of the machine tool. Both the main drive part and the feed part of the worktable use variable gear transmissions with a wide speed range, so as to achieve convenient and quick speed regulation.
4. There are three types of X/Y/Z manual feed on the worktable: motorized feed and rapid traverse, to meet different processing requirements; rapid traverse can quickly move the workpieces to the processing position for convenient and efficient processing, reducing the non-processing time. 5. The three-way pairs of guide rails undergo ultrasonic hardening, precision grinding, scraping processing, combined with forced lubrication to improve the precision and prolong the life of the machine.
6. The lubrication device can realize forced lubrication of the longitudinal/horizontal/vertical screws/guide rails to reduce the wear of the machine tools in efficient operation; meanwhile, the cooling system adjusts the size of the nozzles to change the flow of coolant according to different processing needs.
7. The design of this machine follows the engineering principles for easy operation; the operation panels use picture symbols for easy intuitive use.
