Machine application:
(1) X6226 universal lifting milling machine is mainly applied to mass production, small batch production and machine workshop, and tool repair department.
(2) X6226 milling machine is used to mill various workpieces with cylindrical cutter, round cutter, angular cutter, shape cutter and end mill. This type of machine can process planes, slopes and gears. If you use the universal milling head or other drilling accessories on the round worktable or dividing head, you can expand the processing range of this machine.
(3) The worktable of X6226 milling machine can rotate right and left by 45°. When the worktable rotates a certain angle around its vertical center and the dividing head is installed, it can still process spiral surfaces (such as spiral groove of drill, spiral gear, drum, etc.).
2. The X6226 milling machine has the following features:
(1) The structure of the machine itself is rigid enough to withstand heavy cutting loads.
(2) The machine has sufficient power and a wide speed range to fully utilize the tool efficiency and can use carbide tools for fast cutting.
(3) There are two identical buttons on the front and left sides of the machine for operation.
(4) The main shaft start, stop and fast movement all have obvious buttons; the work table feed is carried out by a handle, the feeding direction corresponds to the direction of the handle pointing to it; the rotation speed of the main shaft and the feed speed of the work table are selected by a round disk, which makes the machine easy to operate and does not require high skill from the worker.
(5) The important transmission elements of the machine are made of alloy steel and have undergone special treatment. The wear-resistant parts are made of abrasion-resistant materials; the guide rails have chip protection, which ensures a sufficient service life of the machine.
(6) The parts subject to wear have a gap-removal adjustment device, which ensures the accuracy of operation and smooth movement.
(7) The machine has good safety systems, manual and automatic feed are provided with mutual interlock. When the feed level exceeds the allowable level or overload due to malfunctions, the safety mechanism will automatically turn off, preventing damage to the machine parts and ensuring the safety of operators.
(8) The machine can be braked quickly and effectively. To stop the machine after finishing work or for other reasons, just press the “Stop” button, which will immediately stop all machine movements.
(9) The machine can work in both clockwise and counterclockwise directions, allowing operators to use it more flexibly.
(10) The work table can move quickly in three directions (along the X, Y, Z axes), reducing setup time and improving productivity.
(11) The work table can be moved horizontally and vertically by one handle. The operator can control the material feed and the speed of the work table in two directions by this handle. (12) The machine has a good lubrication system. Important rotating parts and bearings are automatically lubricated with oil from the pump, and manual lubrication points are located in clearly visible places. (13) All important transmission shafts and the main spindle are mounted on rolling bearings to improve transmission efficiency. The tapered bearings on the main spindle can also be adjusted, ensuring high precision.
