The X 6336 universal milling machine, also known as a turret milling machine, has a compact structure and small size. It has high flexibility with the milling cutter rotating 90 degrees left and right and 45 degrees forward and backward. The arm not only can move forward and backward, but also can rotate 360 degrees horizontally, which greatly expands the working range of the machine.
The X 6336 is a lightweight universal metalworking machine with vertical and horizontal milling function. It can be used to process flat surfaces, bevels, grooves, holes of various small parts with cylindrical milling cutters or other types of cutting tools (chamfer cutters, form milling cutters). It is an ideal precision equipment for the production of mechanical products, mold molding of matrices, instruments and automobiles.
When milling on a universal machine with a conventional milling cutter, the path of the cutting tool is an epitrochoid shape. In top milling, the chips gradually increase in thickness and the tool load increases from light to heavy, which can avoid the cutting edge from being damaged by impact. In bottom milling, the chips gradually decrease in thickness and the tool load increases from heavy to light, which can cause the cutting edge to be damaged by impact. For deep precision milling, the bottom milling method is used. In this case, a mechanism is needed to compensate for the clearance in the spindle nuts to prevent vibration and obtain good surface results.
