The tapered hole of the main shaft can be used to directly or indirectly (through the corresponding equipment) install various tools, such as cylindrical cutters, insert cutters, molding cutters and end mills to process planes, inclined surfaces, grooves and holes on parts. It is an ideal equipment for the production of mechanisms, dies, instruments and automobiles.

The structure of this machine is compact with good rigidity and the ability to withstand heavy loads when cutting. The power of the electric motor of the main shaft is large with a wide range of speed change speed; this can fully reveal the effectiveness of the tool and achieve high-speed cutting. The machine body is made of precision cast iron, which has undergone manual thermal annealing to achieve high precision and durability. The long stroke of the working table is carried out on rectangular guideways with a large contact area, which ensures good stability and sufficient rigidity. The machine has a complete lubrication system which can centrally lubricate all guide surfaces. The main guide surfaces, columns, triangles and work table are subjected to high-frequency hardening to ensure long-term use. Then they are carefully ground to achieve high precision of machine movement and long service life.

The main components of the base, body, worktable, middle slide, lifting slide and spindle box are all made of high-strength materials casted and artificially aged to ensure the long-term stability of the machine tool.
The vertical milling head can be adjusted ±45° in the vertical plane for expanding the machining range of the machine tool; the spindle bearing is a tapered roller bearing with strong load-bearing capacity, and the spindle adopts energy-consuming braking with large braking torque for quick and reliable stopping.
The worktable has three types of manual feed, power feed and rapid traverse in X/Y/Z directions respectively to meet different processing requirements; rapid traverse can quickly move workpieces to their processing positions for convenient and efficient machining that shortens non-processing time.
The X/Y/Z three-directional guide pairs undergo ultrasonic quenching, precision grinding and scraping treatment with forced lubrication to improve accuracy and prolong machine life.
The lubrication device can perform forced lubrication on longitudinal/horizontal/vertical screws and guide rails to reduce wear on machine tools to ensure high-efficiency operation; meanwhile, by adjusting nozzle size through cooling system it meets different processing needs.
Machine design conforms to ergonomic principles for easy operation; operational panels use symbolic designs that are simple yet intuitive.
