This machine is a universal lifting milling machine. The milling machine table can be used as a milling machine with longitudinal, transverse and vertical feed movements. The lifting milling machine is used to machine planes, grooves, helical surfaces or molding surfaces of small and medium-sized parts.
The machine bed is connected to the base, and the lifting platform is driven by a vertical thread mounted on the base and moves up and down on the vertical guide rail of the bed (see the guide rail of the machine). The saddle can be advanced sideways on the guide rail on the lifting table. After installing the universal dividing head on the work table, the workpiece can be divided and spiral splined.
Lifting milling machines are general-purpose tools, especially suitable for the production of individual pieces, small batches and tools in repair departments, and can also be used for series processing. The lift milling machine can process various planes, bevels, gears with grooves, etc. The optional accessories of the milling machine such as universal milling head, round table and dividing head can expand the processing range.
