High rigidity: The main parts of the machine are made of high-strength structural steel, with a closed gantry frame structure to achieve high rigidity and stable precision.

High precision: The motion transmission is realized through imported high-precision ball screws, which ensures low friction and smoother cutting. The milling tool of the machine is a quality product from Taiwan, its main axis has high precision and rigidity.

High wear resistance: The bed guide surfaces undergo advanced quenching technology to improve its wear resistance. The working guides on the work table are made of low-friction and high-strength alloy, and are also hand-polished to improve the working accuracy; they are durable in use. The bed guides are also equipped with an automatic oil supply control system, which creates an oil layer between the guide surfaces to reduce their wear and maintain stable machine accuracy for a long time.

Movement system

The X, Y and Z axes use straight-line roller slides (we chose rod roller guides, which have much higher rigidity than ball guides), which ensures low friction in motion and at rest, high sensitivity, small vibration at high speeds, no creep at low speeds, and high positioning accuracy. The servo motor drive has excellent performance and improves the accuracy and stability of the machine quality.

The X, Y and Z axis servo motors are directly connected to the ball screws through an elastic coupling clamp to reduce the number of intermediate transmission links. This ensures flexible material feeding with precise positioning and high transmission accuracy.

The Z axis servo motor has an automatic braking function: in the event of a power failure, it automatically brakes the motor shaft to prevent it from rotating and ensure safety.

The spindle group is manufactured by a specialized Taiwanese manufacturer with high precision and rigidity. The bearings are equipped with special P4 class spindle bearings, and after assembling the entire spindle at a constant temperature, it undergoes dynamic balancing and quality testing, which improves the reliability and service life of the entire spindle group.

A wide speed range is smoothly adjusted within the working speed of the spindle. Control is carried out by an encoder installed inside the motor, which allows you to control the direction of the shipendal and the thread cutting function.

An inclined tool magazine is used, installed on the front wall of the vertical column; When replacing the tool, the tool disk is driven and positioned by the servo motor, and after the spindle reaches the tool replacement position, the mechanical tool changer (ATC) performs the removal of the old tool and the installation of the new one. ATC is also a servo motor; it can run at high speed and quietly after preliminary load testing, which ensures higher replacement speed and positioning accuracy than cam magazines.
