The vertical drilling and tapping center is mainly applied to the processing of plates, disks, housings, molds and other parts with high precision, multiple processes and complex shape. It can continuously complete milling, drilling, reaming holes, through-hole drilling of different diameters and depths, tapping and precision machining of 2D, 3D curved surfaces and inclined plane in one clamping process. The processing is programmable and the production cycle is shortened, so that users can get good economic results.
A、Description of functions and features
1 General layout of the machine
WJ6 vertical drilling and tapping center adopts vertical frame layout; the column is fixed on the bed; the spindle moves up and down on the column (Z direction); the movable support moves longitudinally on the bed (Y direction); the worktable moves horizontally on the movable support (X direction).
The bed, worktable, sliding support, column, spindle and other large parts are made of high-strength cast iron (HT300). The molding is realized by resin sand process; the stress is eliminated by two stages of aging. These large parts are optimized to improve the rigidity and stability of the large parts and the whole machine; effectively suppress the deformation and vibration of the machine caused by the cutting force.
2 moving system
The pair of Y-axis and Z-axis guide rails adopt linear roller guides (selected by our company), which has high rigidity compared with ball guides, small dynamic and static friction force, high sensitivity, small vibration at high speed, no creep at low speed, high positioning accuracy and excellent servo drive performance.
The Y and Z axis servo motors are directly connected with the high-precision ball screw drive through an elastic connection, which reduces the number of intermediate links, achieving seamless motion transmission, flexible material feeding, accurate positioning and high transmission accuracy.
The Z axis servo motor has the function of automatic braking. In the event of a power failure, it can firmly hold the motor shaft and prevent it from rotating, which plays a role of protecting against accidents.
3 spindle group
The spindle set is made by Taiwan professional manufacturer with high precision and rigidity. The bearing adopts P4 special bearing for the main shaft. After assembling the whole set of spindles under constant temperature, it undergoes dynamic balancing and mileage testing, which improves the service life and reliability of the whole set of spindles.
The spindle can realize stepless speed regulation within its speed range. The spindle is controlled by the encoder built into the motor, which can realize the function of spindle orientation and rigid tapping.
4 magazines
The tool magazine plate is installed on the front of the column. When replacing the tool, the milling head is driven and positioned by the servo motor. After the spindle reaches the tool replacement position, the automatic tool changer (ATC) manipulator completes the return and feed of the tool. ATC is a servo motor that can run at high speed and quietly after preloading, which ensures the tool replacement speed and positioning accuracy are much greater than the cam magazine mechanism.
5. Cutting cooling system
Equipped with large-volume pump and water tank, fully realizes the cooling circulation. Cooling pump power: 0.4kW, pressure: 1.2bar.
The end face of the head is equipped with a cooling nozzle, which can be cooled by water or air and switched at will. The cooling process can be controlled by the M code or the control panel.
Equipped with a cleaning air gun and a water gun for cleaning the machine.
6. Pneumatic system
The pneumatic tee can filter impurities and moisture from the air source to prevent impure gas from damaging and corroding the machine components. The electromagnetic valve groups are controlled by the PLC program to ensure fast and accurate execution of spindle unclamping, spindle center blowing, spindle clamping, spindle air cooling, etc.
