VTC 900 is a fully functional two-axis semi-closed CNC machine tool. According to today’s best design and manufacturing technology, it meets the current national precision standard and our factory rigidity standard. Equipped with advanced domestic and foreign functional elements; all movements are safe and reliable. Suitable for processing complex rotating parts: it can carry out the work of processing cylindrical surfaces, curved surfaces, conical surfaces, stepped surfaces, various internal and external threaded joints, drilling holes of different diameters, expanding holes and rolling. Particularly suitable for processing a large number of parts. All cast parts are made of resin sand material; They have high dimensional accuracy, rigidity and good surface quality. The casting molds undergo automatic and manual heat aging and vibration treatment to reduce and equalize the residual stress of each part; this prevents the workpieces from deforming during subsequent machining operations on the machine. This also improves its reliability, operating stability and anti-vibration properties for long-term stable operation at high speeds.

 

Main Design Features:
① The machine has a single-column vertical guide structure. The column, base and sliding plate are made of high-strength gray cast iron using sand casting and heat treatment technology; reasonable design, perfect manufacturing and installation technology ensure long-term use of the machine while maintaining its stability and accuracy.

② The main spindle of the machine is driven by a wide torque range from a large-torque electric motor, which can be used for low-speed operation with high deceleration, for cutting under high loads or at high speeds. At the same time, it meets the requirements of both rough and fine processing.

③ The main spindle of the machine tool adopts high-precision double-row cylindrical roller bearings and double-sided angular contact ball bearings, and adopts a double-row cylindrical roller bearing configuration. This configuration has the maximum bearing capacity and can withstand large cutting and feeding forces, has high directional rigidity and axial rigidity, and has high rotational accuracy. In addition, it can minimize the tooth spacing to achieve high positioning accuracy. The Z-axis is equipped with a balancing device to compensate for unbalance, which ensures the simple and reliable structure with a low failure rate. The X-axis and Z-axis adopt the corresponding national precision ball screws and special bearings for the ball screws, which meet the requirements for rigidity and cutting accuracy.

④ The tension of the frame fasteners greatly reduces the influence of long-term thermal deformation on the accuracy of the machine tool during its operation. Stable and reliable operation.

⑤ The tool holder of the machine can be electric or rack type, and it has high precision.

⑥ This machine can be equipped with famous brand data control systems such as Beijing Kaindi, Fanuc, etc., which can meet the needs of users.

 

The spindle of the machine is equipped with a servo motor, which can realize powerful processing and semi-precision/precision processing of parts.
The X/Z axis feed is realized automatically by servo motors. The Z axis has a balancing weight, which makes the structure reliable and stable in operation.
The X/Z axis of the machine uses high-precision ball screws and special bearings to meet the requirements of high-precision and rigid cutting.
The glove part of the machine is lubricated with oil by an electric pump.
The tool holder is equipped with 4 working positions, which ensures the accuracy and high efficiency of work.
It is possible to configure a special attachment or an electronic tool holder, hydraulic chuck, cooling pump, chip breaker or chip removal device according to customer requirements.
