VMC640-Small Machining Center

This product is a semi-closed vertical CNC lathe controlled by three servo motors X, Y and Z. All three axes adopt ball bearing linear guideways, which ensures large load, wide span and high precision. Compact and reasonable structure and external size.

 

The spindle is driven by variable frequency/servo motor via synchronous belt. It can simultaneously clamp various complex parts such as disks, plates, shells, cams or dies to achieve a variety of operations: drilling, milling, boring holes of various shapes and sizes; hole reaming; high-rigidity thread cutting and other processing processes. Suitable for small batch production of a large number of products with complex high-precision parts. Can be equipped with a fourth rotary table to meet special requirements for parts processing. The small vertical metal processing center is suitable for mechanical processing and die making. It can meet the requirements from rough to fine processing.

The X, Y and Z servo motors are equipped with direct connections with high-precision ball screws from Taiwan through elastic connections, which can reduce the number of intermediate links, achieve silent movement, flexible feed and precise positioning with high transmission accuracy.

 

The Z axis servo motor has an automatic braking function. When the power is turned off, it automatically clamps the motor shaft so that it cannot rotate, which plays a role in safety protection.

 

The spindle system uses a spindle made by HIMIN (Taiwan) with a rotation speed of 8000 rpm and a diameter of 150 mm. High machine precision and good rigidity. The bearings are special P 4 spindle bearings from NSK. After assembling the entire spindle system at a constant temperature and additionally calibrating on a balancing stand and warming up tests, the service life and reliability of the entire spindle system are increased.

Basic configuration:

① High quality resin sand.
② Solid spindle.
③ Taiwan quality balls and lock nuts.
④ Taiwan cylinder presses.
⑤ Japanese NSK bearings and German R+W connecting element.
⑥ Automatic machine lubrication system.
⑦ A machining chip ejection system can be added as an option.
⑧ Choice between FANUC, Siemens, GSK, Mitsubishi or SYNTEC control systems.
⑨ Choose between 3-axis, 4-axis or 5-axis control according to actual application needs.

⑩Additional options: automatic blade thickness gauge, chip ejection chain and auger chip ejection system; as well as additional tools such as probes and infrared probes.
