Product Description:
- X, Y and Z axis travel: 800 x 550 x 550 mm.
- The spindle rotation is realized through belt transmission, with the rotation speed up to 10000 rpm.
- The tool magazine is equipped with 24 disc mechanical arms to meet customer needs.
- The head unit adopts a heavy box structure with internal rigidity elements, which ensures the high rigidity of the machine.
- The spindle cutting system uses a pneumatic mechanism, which evenly distributes the load on the spindle when cutting and prolongs the service life of the bearing.
- The electric panel has a built-in insulation design, which separates the heat-dissipating parts of the controller from other components of the electric panel. The front panel adopts a heat exchanger for cooling, which prevents external pollution from entering the electric panel; the back side uses a fan as a radiator for cooling.
- The X, Y and Z axes adopt high-precision ball screws, using precise nut tensioners and pre-adjusting devices at the ends, ensuring the long-term stability of the machine’s clearance and thermal deformation at a low value.
- The X, Y and Z axis adopts cylindrical linear guideways, which have high rigidity, low noise and rapid traverse capability to achieve repeatability. The rapid traverse speed is 48/48/48m/min.
- All products undergo laser position correction and circle testing to ensure the positioning accuracy and servo performance. Before leaving the warehouse, all machines undergo strict inspections to ensure the long-term stability of the machine’s accuracy.
