The vertical frame arrangement is adopted, the posts are fixed on the bed, the main spindle moves up and down (Z axis) on the posts, the sliding cushion moves along the bed (Y axis), and the work table moves across the bed (X axis). Large parts such as bed frames, work tables, sliding cushions, posts and main spindles are made of high-strength cast iron material. These large parts are optimized by 3D software to achieve the required strength, rigidity and high stability of the whole equipment.

The guides of the X, Y, Z axis pairs use 45mm linear column roller guides from Taiwanese manufacturer HIWIN. They are characterized by small friction coefficient when the machine component moves or stops; small wear; high positioning accuracy; high sensitivity; small vibration at high speeds and a long service life. They also have good interchangeability and excellent servo motor control, which improves the accuracy and stability of the machine.
