1. The main components such as the base, sliding platform, work table, column and box of the main spindle are made of HT300 cast iron; The box-type base structure and symmetrical rib structure ensure the high rigidity and anti-flexibility of the base members; Type A bridge column and internal lattice rib structure effectively ensure the rigidity and precision under strong cutting of Z-axis; The base members are produced by sand resin forming method and undergo heat treatment to ensure the stability of long-term use of the machine.

2. The X, Y and Z linear guideways have the features of fast running, high rigidity, low friction coefficient, low noise and temperature change when working at low levels. Automatic forced lubrication improves the accuracy and service life of the machine.

3. An additional weight block is installed to balance the weight of the Z-axis, which ensures the smooth and stable movement of the main spindle box; The Z-axis drive motor has an emergency stop device when there is a power failure;

4. The X, Y and Z direction feed uses high-precision internal double-nut with pre-tensioning and large pitch roller screws, ensuring high feed speed; The drive motor is connected with the screw through the elastic coupling clamp, and the feed servo motor transmits power directly to the high-precision roller screw without backlash, which ensures the positioning accuracy and synchronization of the machine.

 

5. The high-speed, high-precision and rigid main spindle unit with large radial and axial bearing capacity is adopted.

 

6. The main spindle adopts the central blowing structure: when the tool is turned off, quickly clean the main spindle cone of the residual material by the compressed air pressure to ensure the accuracy of tool fixing and improve the durability.

 

7. All directions of X, Y and Z adopt screw and guide protection devices to ensure the cleanliness of the screw and guide, ensuring the accuracy of machine motion transmission and its durability.

 

8. The outer protection structure of the machine fully ensures the safety of the operator when working with it.

 

9. The reliable centralized automatic lubrication system is adopted, which adjusts the lubrication time of each point of the machine according to the working condition.

 

10. The oil-water separation system can separate most of the oil from the coolant to prevent the coolant from being quickly contaminated and improve environmental efficiency.

 

11. The machine’s operating system is based on the principle of ergonomics: the design of the operating box is self-rotating, making the operation more convenient for operators.
