1. 2. High rigidity and precision of the main spindle: BT40-120mm from Taiwan JianChuan is used. 

 

(1) The main spindle motor is transmitted through a synchronous belt, which greatly reduces the transmission noise and the amount of heat generated. 

 

(2) The main spindle uses Japanese NSK high-precision bearings, ensuring high speed and precision rotation with a speed of up to 8000 rpm.

 

(3) The main spindle body is balanced by 1:1 heavy weights, making the balancing reliable and stable. This can avoid resonance phenomena when running at high speeds and ensure the processing accuracy.

 

A high-precision and durable Taiwan C3 grade ball screw is used. The imported high-precision locking nut is adopted, which after pre-tensioning greatly increases the transmission rigidity and compensates for thermal deformation during movement, ensuring the positioning accuracy and repeatability of the machine center.

The original Shangyin heavy-duty rails of China are adopted for the X, Y and Z axes, and the line slides have been widened and lengthened on the special supports for the Z axis. The heavy-duty rails can meet the customer’s requirement for high-quality work at high speed and precision in cutting materials, and prolong the service life of the machine guideways.

The original Taiwan hopper option is available without the need for manual tool replacement; it features fast tool replacement and high precision.

The machine is equipped with a sealed guideway protective cover, which effectively protects the guideways and screws, prolonging their service life.

When the machine is equipped with three-dimensional full protection, it will not shake when cutting thick materials (the appearance can be chosen by the customer as desired).

Customers can choose imported high-precision CNC system, which has high control stability, fast response, smooth surface contour and high precision; it also has the function of mold making and machining ability, supporting four-axis coordinate motion.

Oil pipeline management system: adopts active oil supply system through the operating system to automatically distribute oil flow according to the motion requirements; this greatly reduces oil loss and prevents coolant pollution from oil use; it also prolongs the service life of coolant and ensures uniform oil supply and lubrication.

The electrical wiring in the electrical cabinet complies with national power supply standards, which ensures the smooth operation of the control system without external interference. Higher productivity.

High-precision thread pitch compensation, all driving shafts undergo compensation optimization using high-precision laser measurement to ensure more accurate positioning of each shaft and better suitability for high-precision workpiece processing. At the same time, advanced ball rod data analysis and processing technique is adopted to improve the accuracy of the machine tool in round and curved surfaces.
