1. The 45° inclined bed and base are made entirely of high-strength cast iron with optimally arranged stiffeners, which have undergone complete secondary aging and natural aging after resin molding. This ensures the high rigidity of the base parts of the machine and guarantees its stability in long-term use. Automatic forced lubrication greatly reduces the friction of the feed movement, improving the accuracy and service life.

2. The ball screw mechanism of the X, Z axes uses a pre-stretched internal circulation nut structure, and the ball screw bearings use special ball bearings with a contact angle of 60° to withstand large axial loads and ensure the rigidity of the power transmission.

Both X and Z directions use linear rolling motion with high precision, large load capacity and reliability. In particular, the Z axis uses a 6-roll structure, which greatly improves the rigidity and, combined with automatic forced lubrication, reduces the friction of the feed movement, improving the accuracy and reliability of the machine. The degree of positioning accuracy and feeding speed are higher.

3. The side chain type chip conveyor is adopted. The operation of the conveyor is programmable and controllable, and its installation is carried out through the front of the machine for easy adjustment.

In addition, an oil-water separation mechanism can be installed on the conveyor to separate the lubricating oil from the coolant, which can reduce the generation of oil smoke, improve the cooling efficiency of the tool by the coolant, and prolong the service life of the tools.

(1) The machine is equipped with a water gun for cleaning iron filings.

(2) The chip conveyor is arranged rationally without interfering with the working surface of the machine.

4. The main shaft uses large-diameter precision angular contact ball bearings arranged in a combination of three front and two rear, or a combination of large-diameter precision angular contact bearings of the thrust ball and double-row cylindrical roller bearings. The servo motor of the main shaft drives it with a transmission ratio of 1:3, having excellent rigidity and high torque at low speed.
