1. Machine: This series of machine tools adopts a solid bed with a 45° inclination angle, and the bed material is HT300. It is cast by resin sand technology, and the internal rib shape is reasonably arranged. The guide rail adopts imported linear roller guide, which improves the feeding accuracy, small friction, good rigidity, high resistance to vibration and deformation, so as to enable users to obtain higher processing accuracy and improve the rapid traverse speed to achieve higher productivity.
2. Dual-axis feed: The saddle moves on the bed in the Z-axis direction, and the slide plate drives the tool holder to move in the X-axis direction; both are connected by a servo motor through a linkage and a ball screw. The screw uses imported high-precision ball screw with high transmission accuracy.
3. Check oil cylinder: The check of this machine is a standard configuration, which can meet the needs of most users. Other manufacturers’ products can also be customized according to user needs.
4. Saddles and skateboards: The saddle of this machine is cast in one piece by HT300, and the slide plate and turret are placed on the saddle. The slide plate and turret move on the saddle bed using imported roller guides, and the X-axis movement is driven by servo motor directly through the ball screw through the elastic link. The screw uses imported high-precision ball screw to achieve high transmission accuracy.
5. Users can choose GSK, FANUC, MITSUBISHI or KND CNC systems according to actual needs.
