TCK56A CNC tilting machine for material processing is a high-speed, high-precision and high-reliability CNC machine. Its spindle adopts a modular design and is equipped with a main motor, which can achieve a higher rotating speed. The workpiece is clamped using a hydraulic chuck system, which ensures convenient installation, high precision and energy-saving operation; The spindle bearing structure is composed of 5 sets of angular contact bearings (3 front and 2 rear), making it fast and rigid. The machine is equipped with 30° inclined linear guideways to enhance the rigidity of the structure, fast movement of the tool stroke and easy cleaning of waste. The X lead screw is located in the center of the tractor to ensure uniform load on the tractor, smooth movement and fast speed. The automatic tool change system has 8 positions, achieving fast and stable tool change with high precision and large installation volume. The hydraulic rear support is easy to operate, completely sealed to prevent oil leakage, and beautifully designed.
