Application:
Tilt bed CNC machine tools provide higher speed, precision and reliability. The spindle adopts block structure, main servo motor for high speed. The workpiece clamping adopts hydraulic chuck head, which clamps the workpiece at 5° angle (3 in front and 2 in the back). This ensures higher speed and rigidity. The machine adopts 30° inclined slide saddle and linear guide rails, which makes it more rigid, fast-acting and convenient in chip removal. The X and Z screws are in the center of the carriage, evenly distributed in the driving force, smooth in movement and work at high speed. The hydraulic 8-tool turret changes tools quickly, stably and accurately selects tools from the nearest available ones. The hydraulic shank is easy to operate.
