TCK46A-CNC Lathe Machine

This machine is mainly used for processing various shafts, disk parts. It can realize all kinds of carvings, arcs, cones and planes on the internal and external surfaces, meeting the requirements of high-speed processing of ferrous and non-ferrous metals. It is suitable for automobiles, motorcycles, electronics, aviation, military industry and other industries with high efficiency, large quantities of high-precision parts. The processing accuracy can reach grade 7.

This machine is mainly used for processing various shafts, disk parts. It is suitable for automobiles, motorcycles, electronics, aviation, military industry and other industries to process parts with high efficiency, large quantity and high precision. The processing accuracy can reach level 7.

 

The shell type high-speed spindle unit combines high speed, precision and rigidity. The spindle servo drive also helps achieve higher spindle speeds. The spindle unit is assembled at a constant room temperature. After assembly, it was run at a constant temperature for 72 hours before being installed on the machine to ensure the reliability of high-speed and high-precision operation.

The X and Z direction feed is realized by the servo motor, directly connected with the leading spindle through a large torque elastic coupling. The leading screw support adopts pre-stretched structure, which can eliminate transmission gap and pre-compensate for thermal deformation of the machine tool during long-term operation. This ensures the positioning accuracy and positioning repeatability; adopts advanced centralized automatic lubrication device, timer and quantitative automatic periodic lubrication, to ensure stable and reliable operation.
