Application:
This machine is suitable for automobile, motorcycle, electronics, aerospace, military, petroleum and other industries. It is suitable for processing conical workpiece surfaces, arc surfaces and various threaded joints with high precision and efficiency. The machine has a 45 degree rigid bed with a large torque spindle according to Taiwan line. This ensures the high rigidity of the machine. The spindle is located close to the center of the manipulator, making it more convenient to load and unload workpieces.
The machine is equipped with advanced anti-scale and anti-coolant technologies for high-power cutting operations.
The X and Z direction feeds are driven by a servo motor directly through the low-inertia coupling element to the large torque of the lead screw. The lead screw support adopts a pre-stretched structure, which can eliminate transmission gaps and pre-compensate for the thermal deformation of the machine during long-term operation. This ensures the positioning accuracy and positioning repeatability.
