CNC lathe is one of the most widely used CNC machine tools. It is mainly used to process cylindrical surfaces of shafts or disks, conical surfaces with arbitrary inclination angles, complex rotating internal and external surfaces and cylinders, tapered threads, and can perform milling, drilling, reaming and countersinking. CNC machines automatically process the workpiece according to the pre-set processing program. We create a processing programming table by writing the part process flow, process parameters, tool path, movements, cutting data and supporting equipment functions according to the command codes and programming formats of the CNC machine tool. Then we write this programming table on the content control medium to control the operation of large precision basic components (mountain rail lines and flat rail lines) of lathes. They are used to support and connect various machine components, ensuring the accurate relative position of each component during operation. The CNC device is the core of the CNC machine tool, including hardware (circuit boards, CRT monitors, etc.) and corresponding software, which is used to input the digital program of the workpiece, perform the storage of input data, data conversion, interpolation calculation and realize various control functions.
