GMB 3018 Machining center

After removing the tool from the spindle, the cone inside the spindle is quickly cleared of dust and debris by high air pressure. In the use of C3 class roller screw with zero clearance and high rigidity, a pre-tension support is fixed at each end. Strong structural rigidity, good thermal stability and high precision ensure the excellent running stability of the machine. The XYZ linear guideway adopts high-precision P-class (high precision) linear guideway from Taiwan HIWIN, which ensures the moving speed of the whole machine, its rigidity and accuracy. The high-precision angular contact ball bearings imported from Japan are adopted: 4 pairs on the X/Y axis and 3 pairs on the Z/2 axis, which greatly improves the processing stability.
