Stability of the triangular structure
Forged casting is made of aluminum alloy with the addition of wood particles and sand mold resin. After double thermal waiting, the quality of the material is consistently high: it is durable, has high precision.
No bolts – only one fused body
The spindle is equipped with a BT50 spindle with a diameter of 190 mm; All spindles are supplied by professional Taiwanese manufacturers (Bosen or Newtral Chien-Pei), and the important parts are reinforced. The spindle is equipped with P4 brand bearings, which are made specifically for the professional spindle. Lubrication is carried out using Kluber NBUI5 lubricating paste. After assembling the entire set of spindles at a constant temperature, they must be calibrated and balanced on a computer stand to ensure high reliability and durability.
X/Y/Z ball screws are equipped with double-row pre-loaded roller screws of class C3 from professional Taiwanese manufacturers. At the ends of each screw, an imported bearing of a combination of 60 ° contact angle roller bearings of class P4 is installed. All three transmission directions are pre-stressed, which guarantees high transmission rigidity and accuracy.
Use of heavy screw pairs
All the machine guideways are made of heavy roller guide, which ensures the dynamic response of the machine and allows to overcome the friction problems on rigid machine guideways, as well as increase the load capacity and cutting capabilities.
