GL1313-Taiwanese HIWIN screw

This model uses a mobile work platform, a stationary gantry crane, five-axis control and a high degree of automation. It is equipped with a world-class Kessler A&C rotary milling head, which can process complex 5-axis curved surfaces. With high-torque motors and an integrated double-winding spindle, power transmission has been simplified and the reliability of the machine has been improved.

Three axes have good dynamic response thanks to linear guides on three cylinders and four guides on the Z-axis. This is achieved by balancing rigidity and response time to obtain optimal results when working with complex products made of aerospace materials, molding tools or other components.

In this lathe, all three axes are driven by C3 class ball screws from a professional Taiwanese manufacturer. Both ends of the ball screws adopt imported P4 grade 60°contact angle combination bearings, and all three ball screws are pre-tensioned to ensure high transmission rigidity and reliable precision.

A heavy-duty screw cylinder is adopted.

All the guideways of the machine are made of high-quality roller guides, which ensures the dynamic response of the machine and overcomes the sliding problem on rigid machine guideways, and improves the bearing capacity and cutting capability.
