GM 3022 is a fixed beam gantry type machine tool developed based on the design concept of the most popular, advanced and flexible machine tools in the world. Description:
Design: The motor of the worktable is designed as a gantry structure. The bed is fixed on the frame; The worktable moves in the X direction on the bed; The column moves in the Z direction on the movable seat; The movable seat together with the column moves in the Y direction on the cross beam of the gantry. The X axis and Y axis adopt heavy-duty linear guideways, and the Z axis adopts hard plastic rail. The spindle is located at the bottom of the column; The reasonable layout of the whole equipment makes it convenient for operation.
Spindle: High-speed spindle block, the spindle complies with BT 50 specification.
Tool magazine: The tool magazine adopts disk structure, reliable and stable performance (optional).
Drive: Three electric motors and high-precision ball screws are driven by direct links. The ball screw is pre-tightened to improve the rigidity of power transmission and positioning accuracy.
