CW 6163 B heavy-duty lathe is a horizontal lathe that can perform a variety of processing on various types of parts such as shafts, disks, rings, etc. It is used to process external and internal surfaces, ends and various threaded joints using appropriate tools and fixtures. In addition, it can be used for drilling, reaming, and cutting threads. The machine body adopts large-width double rigid sides; the inner side is made of combined box-shaped elements and inclined reinforcements. Centralized management; the movable plate is equipped with a fast moving system for easy one-handed operation; the rotation direction switching of the spindle and brake is hydraulically carried out. The machine tool has high structural rigidity and transmission rigidity, which ensures stable accuracy and heavy cutting capacity. The housing guide rails are ultrasonically hardened; the lead screw guide rails are equipped with durable materials to improve wear resistance, ensure easy and smooth movement, and have a long service life; the lubrication system is external circulation, which improves the processing accuracy.
The bed frame is ultrasonically hardened and the guide rails are polished. The gear noise inside the spindle box is low. There are many types of engraving. Good electrical safety and reliability. Electromagnetic brakes can be used and different frame colors are available.
