CNC Slant Bed Lathe —-TCK630

In this series of machines, a solid bed with a 45° inclined angle is used, the material of the bed is HT300. It is cast using resin sand technology and has a reasonable arrangement of internal ribs. An imported linear roller guide rail is used in the guide, which has increased feed accuracy, low friction resistance, good rigidity, high vibration and deformation resistance, allowing users to achieve higher processing accuracy, increase rapid movement speed and improve production efficiency.

Composite turning and milling machines are the fastest growing and most widely used CNC equipment among composite material processing machines.

Although the unit price of composite material turning and milling equipment is relatively high, due to the shortening of the production chain and the reduction of the number of equipment required to produce the product, as well as the reduction of the number of fixtures, workshop space and equipment maintenance costs, it can effectively reduce the overall investment in fixed assets, production operations and management costs.
