The CNC lathe head is optimized and designed for processing disk and shaft parts. It can process straight lines, arcs, metric and inch threads, and multi-start threads. It can process complex-shaped surfaces with high precision requirements.
Each guide plate and movable guide plate are made of special hardness materials of guide plates. They undergo high-frequency induction hardening treatment to achieve ultra-high hardness and wear resistance, durability, and good processing accuracy.
The CNC system uses the GSK980TDC system. It is equipped with domestic high-quality ball screws and high-precision screw bearings.
The spindle with a group of high-precision Taiwan spindle bearings and precision assembly, and dynamic balancing test ensures high precision, low noise and strong rigidity.
